Return and exchange 

A strict NO RETURN/EXCHANGE policy applies to all custom items, custom garments, garments with specialty sizing, garments with customized elements and ONE of a KIND Taosh apparel. At any time, Taosh retains the right to refuse the return/exchange of purchased items that may have been worn or damaged. It is important to us to execute fair business practices. Although we strive to produce quality garments that fit well, we can not rely on the accuracy of measurements not taken by our staff. Any questions or concerns involving a purchase, return or exchange should be directed to

100% Fit Guarantee 

Our fit guarantee applies only to custom garments created by measurements that are taken by Taosh staff. 

Store Credit 

Under certain circumstances Taosh may approve a store credit for garments that do not fit at the fault of Taosh. Items must not be worn, dirty or damaged up return. Item must be returned prior to the approval of store credit.


Exchanges of products are allowed only if customer receives the wrong order, color or sizing at the fault of Taosh. Tracking number of the return item must be provided prior to the shipping of the exchanged item.
