Dye Magic

Often times I order fabric online and it’s not quite the color I need. I attempt to alter the color if the fabric allows. This time I received a mint color that was a bit too “minty”. I thought I could tone down the green color with a little teal. It’s surprising how well I have learned to manipulate color.

The darker color is the result of 5 tsp of teal and 2 gallons of water. Much too blue-ish! The lighter color is 2 tsp of teal and 2 gallons of water.
