Refund Policy

A strict NO REFUND policy applies to all custom garments, most alterations, classes, fabric deposits, custom dyed fabrics and certain Taosh apparel. At any time, Taosh retains the right to refuse services and offer a full refund.

Alteration Refunds

Refunds concerning alterations are refundable if the garment has not yet been altered in any way. Once the alteration process has started the right to a refund will not be honored.

Custom Apparel Deposit

A partial refund is available within 24 hours or prior to the ordering of fabric and other items associated with the order.

Once fabric is purchased, the DEPOSIT is NON REFUNDABLE!!
